Yes @proffesorbromide to put it mildly I was rather bummed out. It was a really rough time those first several months and even though I have a lot of resolve and fortitude I grew rather discouraged and deeply stressed over everything. In the end it did all work out and yes I am still living on the same property and still plugging along but damn that first year was grueling!
