@pineroadhoa Has the infamous DYI guy asked you sign the non-disclosure agreement yet? If not I have a copy of it for you to review with your lawyer. The guy is a total dick head and this non-disclosure agreement is a farce as t-liar claiming to be 95% off grid. Tell him to go fuk himself and to stick the pen up his ass.
