It's one of the solanum or nightshade family. This family of plants includes green pepper, eggplant, potato and tomato and there are various opinions as to whether those black berries are edible or poisonous. Personally, I would be uprooting them before the berries ripen and turn black, because then you will be spreading the seeds for a new crop. The birds eat these berries and spread their seeds everywhere
