Garlic with sprouting green tops!!

I never grew garlic before.
Today it was marked down at the food store ! It is sprouting green tops.
Can I replant to grow more ?
How do you do it so you can grow it in side your home ?

    Garlic is very important for us, if it can yield, then it is very beneficial.

    Basically break apart to individual cloves and plant
