We took our baby chickens out of the brooder box about 2 weeks ago and put them in a few chicken tractors.
Not only will these chickens be next year's egg layers but they will be working garden areas for me over the fall and winter.

There is always something new to learn, no matter your level.
This rooster loves it! I work on an organic farm but no animals yet apart from 2 cats for catching mice. We are afraid of foxes and dachses so do not hold chickens.
Thanks Rooster! We also have a few cats for that. We have fox. As long I make sure the chicken are in the tractors at night were good.
