We were going to can the squash but we got a freeze so it went into the freezer whole. Turned out fine though.
Sure was a great deal.
you will be greatly disappointed in the squash after its been in the freezer for a while. I thought the freezer was full of deer, fish and chickens. How big is this freezer? A walk in?
Dollar ah pound is not too shabby. Can't get that in the grocery store.
