Bukan hanya itu saja buahnya yang sangat manis saja, tetapi kandungan nutrisi sangat bangus untuk kesehatan seperti menurunkan kolesterol, Mengatasi anemia, meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, meningkatkan daya penglihatan kita dan mencegah masalah jantung, cukup banyak mamfaat bukan.
