After I get tomatoes figured out, I will probably branch out into new varieties to try. I had a bunch of beefsteak seeds, so that's what we have this year. The green zebra looks pretty cool, but how do you tell when they are ripe? ;)

You have to feel them, they should be firm with a bit of give. The stripes start to turn a bit more yellow and a bit of blush will start to appear near the bottom.
