What an incredible post! I can see why you were spinning there for a while. But now you've laid it out, thought about it, and perhaps you'll be able to make specific plans/goals for working towards these things.
Oh, to be 42 again...that would be before I got so sick....

I suppose we can all look back at certain marks of time and have an itch for some of those times again. Especially when it comes to health. What you have done to take control is so remarkable. I really admire you for it.
Thanks about the photo. that's really nice of you to say. I don't mind that one because it's real and not posed ...sweat dripping down my nose and all. :)
