I have heard some wonderful things about fermentation and have read a few steemit posts about it. One day I hope to take the leap into the process. I'm just not sure how my husband would see it.
I totally know that feeling. The first time I fermented, I was convinced I was going to do it wrong, it was going to stink, and I would kill my family, haha. It's an ancient, well-designed process, but it's hard to trust the first time.
