My Garden In Evolution (a learning experience)

in #homesteading7 years ago

My father had a farm when I was growing up, and was quite a green thumb!
Unfortunately, his knowledge wasn't shared so I've been learning by research, trial and error. Each year I have more and more progress, and I expand my skills a bit more. Here are my results thus far:

That's great! My husband @goatgarden can grow things, but i have a black thumb. :) Do what you can and build as you go, that's all anyone can ask for. I hope your blackberry plant gets better.

I studied on the subject, and I discovered a few issues with this attempt. I'm unsure of whether this one will recover, but I'm wiser for the experience! Thank you for your comment 😊

Wow you have a lot going on here! Comfrey is really really good for fertilizing other plants if you didn't know. I love wild raspberries as well. :) Hope everything comes out great! Hey trial and error is the best way to learn. You can kind of learn from someone else, but the best way to learn is by doing!

I ordered the comfey from another homesteader specifically for fertilizing my other plants. Wonderful stuff!

I hope you are able to continue your posts. I find them to be very inspiring 😊
