You are learning an skill and art form that can come in handy in so many ways in the future. plus, if the worse happens, you will be a highly valued member of any group.
I appreciate that. It's so handy to be able to make stuff, especially when you live so far from a town. It can be quicker to just make it or fix it yourself. I'm enjoying it for sure and feel more prepared.
