Processing Potato Seeds - Long Term Storage (novice mode ;)

Hello Steemeisters,

Here's my first attempt at processing potato seeds (not to be confused with seed potatoes) for long term storage.

Potatoes are a staple source of carbohydrates (energy) and so will be extremely valuable during any potential future crisis involving food shortages. Seed potatoes on the other hand (saved tubers from the previous year) will not store for very long, relatively speaking.

So here is the naive and inept Meister himself, rambling on in this short video.
