This is so true about farming, I had to learn a lot about management and communication (and still struggle), but luckily I have always been a reader/researcher!
Farming is the most freeing, challenging, growth oriented field in all the world!
Yes many farmers lack the ability to communicate and build relationship which ought not to be
In fact it requires more of communication.
