I wonder if you could boil in honey and apple juice (instead of sugar)?

This is exciting! I have heard of jerky, but it's not overly appealing to me.
Hey there. I'm certainyou could use honey and apple juice...however you may simply have to reduce the apple juice a bit or dehydrate longer. I'm excited to hear how it goes for you!
