GUINEA HOGS MEAT

Some good friends of ours also have some guinea hogs and one was ready to process. He escaped and wasn't going back into the correct field. They know what they're about but it was a reassurance to have my wife there so they felt confident in they're steps.

In gratitude they gave us half the boar plus they are curing and smoking some bacon and roast for us ❤️

In a meat that takes twice the time to grow, the flavor reflects the time invested👍🏼 its amazing .
