Cooking From Scratch: Amish Onion Patties
My mother has dinner with me every Monday. I look forward to Monday all weekend. Mother has developed several food allergies in her later years, (she turns 87 in September) so I am always trying new and different foods that don't contain any of the problem ingredients that will entice her to eat.
Last Monday, I made Amish Onion Patties. She ate 4. I was happy.
