Planting crops
Hello Stemians, today I will be sharing my photos and our progression with our crops ! So as most of you know before planting you will need to make beds for each plant or group of plants you want to grow and prepare all the materials to start planting.
So far we have made more than 6 beds and have already started planting in each one. Because of the sunny weather there hasn’t been much rain so it has made it difficult to water all the plants as we live in front of a road with our 1acre of land on the other side of the road, so when we need to water the crops it’s quiete difficult as we have to carry on walking across the road with heavy buckets of water to keep the plants hidrated. Hopefully soon we will be getting a watering system at the front so it makes it a lot easier !!.
We have planted a variety of plants and veg including: rocket salad, carrots, beetroot, beans, Pumkin, potatoes, mint and more such as fruits 🍓🍒🍎🥝
We decided to plant our own crops as all the veg and fruit in the supermarkets arnt grown naturally and some have chemicals we can’t taste or feel!!!

Good luck with this! Vegetables in your own garden and produced by yourself taste the best. Hope you will succeed, and hope you will get your watering system up and running, because it sounds really tiring watering all those crops manually!

Amazing! I got a few things growing, my mint from last year came back and started taking over half the old garden space. I decided to just leave it and grow in the whole area! Guess I better start liking mint a lot more!
