Whole wheat ginger bread

Found some minced ginger with molasses in a small freezer bag after my refrigerator was broken. It has been there for years and forgotten.

Instead of tossing it, I made a whole wheat aged ginger bread.

The bread is sliced, toasted, and served with homemade guacamole and walnut. Each bite is crunchy and smooth and chewy at the same time. And the aged spicy ginger gives it a good kick for the taste bud.
