I used to love dandelions. They don't grow here at the beach 😞
We used to a patch of them on the farm in Canada just so we could forage them.
I'm sorry to hear that.. I wonder what edible weeds are you enjoying that thrive there by the beach?
Quail Grass, Moringa, Katuk leaves, flowers, tender tips and small fruits are all edible. Chaya or tree spinach, Kikisque a tuber, and Yucca. Lots of these are found along road sides and wooded areas.
