Great setup man, looks like you though about every aspect of the growing cycle.

Personally I am more into regular hydroponics, but I do love the whole "full cycle" aspect of aquaponics.

You put some fish in a water tank, those fish go about they day crapping in the water, that crap is then goes to a bio-filters that feed colonies of micro-organism that in their turn produce a nutrition's that can be utilized by plants, that in their turn clean the water that goes back to the fish.

The only input into the system is the fish food, that can also be substituted by protein rich plants that feed the fish instead.

Amazing concept..I wish I had something to do with the fish though...being vegan and all ;)
