This is wonderful information thank you. Once we actually begin spring here I will do this. My puppies ate all my rose bush stocks and I don't think they will come back. I can take a cutting from another plant on the property. Also thank you for the information about the willow infusion. I didn't know that. Very valuable information for restarting a rose bush from a cutting.
