Oh, you could keep up with me easy. I am in the seventh decade of doing work.
Doesn't stop me, but I don't have the youthful strength I once had. I just keep on rolling along.
The land is nice. I would advise anyone to own some land.
Some day in the future. There will be two classes of people.
Those that have land and those that don't. At my age. I don't have that problem to think about.
Even 3-5 acres is huge. So comforting to have some land.
