The quality of the coconut depends hugely on the latitude where it's grown. I buy my coconut milk freshly pressed from a vendor in the market but have never seen anyone make it by adding water.

My fav cocktail is pomegranate juice with lime, coconut water & vodka. 🍸

    OMG, when you mentioned about pomegranate, I want it. Unfortunately in my area now is difficult to find it.
