A Kitchen Island for A Garden Shed....Say What?
So here is how the story goes. As many of you know @gardengirlcanada within the homesteaders community, she drives out to my shop and throws a piece of paper on my desk with a picture of a kitchen Island on it. She came with plum jam, salsa, pickles, and a cranberry lemon loaf, and of course an invitation to supper. Ok I'm a guy, and as many of you know she loves to cook. And she is a mean cook. So I asks her, what do you want with this. I informed her that her kitchen would not support it, as it is limited in space. She says nope I want it for my garden shed. I'm thinking she is crazy, cute but crazy. So the exchange is I build this Kitchen Island for her and I get a dinner and some goodies. What do you all think. Is that a fair trade. Not to mention she does get the pleasure of my company for supper as well. LOL.
She will have to pick the handles. I even threw in the wheels so she can move it around her shop. How nice of me.
So @gardengirlcanada, I wont text or call you to tell you it is ready, you will have to read about it here to find out, that you can come and pick it up anytime your ready.

Sounds like a pretty fair trade. The easier it is for her to garden, the more likely you'll get additional meals from the increased production.

@greenacrehome when I get back from the shop later I will see if I have more pics. It’s already out of my shop and on a truck under a tarp! Under 15 of snow from last night.

Ya a potting table I believe. I just built what she gave me ask questions later. LOL

Heck if I could find a guy that is this handy, I'd start to cook again and learn every one of his favorite recipes, lol.
