Oh no! I was hoping the flavour would have a better outcome but maybe I will just have to try myself and see. Do you notice if the coffee gives you a burst of energy the same way coffee does? - Aimee
No, I didn't noticed any type of energy burst, just flinched at the taste :) You realy should try it yourself.
Well, we should have Jerusalem artichokes growing this summer so I will put it on my to try list. -Aimee

Sorry! I don't know any suppliers. If it helps, Matt just bought Jerusalem artichokes that were being sold at the farmers market as a root crop and planted those. It worked quite well. Maybe you can find them at a market too. Best of luck! -Aimee
