2nd generation of interplanting THIS SEASON
First up climbed the snow peas and behind them the radishes - some of which I let go to seed. Then as the snow peas died back - up came the cucumbers I planted with another crop of radishes. Those radishes were harvested to lactoferment them and I found out they are absolutely delicious and healthy. Now it's time for that fall crop of radishes behind the cucumbers again - after a little compost is added. I'm using the seeds from the first crop of radishes and hoping for another great harvest as the summer comes to a close this year and some lactofermented radishes for the winter months.
looking good !
