Making preparations for??? pt3
These dehydrated green bean take me back to the days of hanging the beans on a thread and leaving them until they are dried. This to me is not near as tasty to eat straight out of the can like the corn.
This one lady that I knew quite well would "dry" a lot of green beans. I never cared much for the flavor of them but one of my brothers really liked them. I remember her saying that he would eat them. I would eat a few for she put in such an effort in preparing a meal. Maybe it was the type of bean.
No fat or cholesterol.

A few days without beans makes me hungry for them.
I have always liked beans. Just me I guess.
