Egg Tray

This is our new egg tray our daughter purchased from France. For backyard chicken eggs you don't need to refrigerate the eggs as long as you don't wash them. Eggs have a natural protection that will keep them from spoiling for quite some time. Not recommended for store bought eggs because they have been washed. Also they are nice to look at (our chickens lay different colored eggs) and they separate yolks and whites easier at room temperature for baking.
