Crazy Beautiful Morning and Chicken Preperation

75F this morning. Temps today should not break 90F. Last 10 days heat index average 105F. Record High Temp of of 99F with heat index of a "feels like" 117. Glorious light rain cools the Homestead. The plants in the garden show their faces to the sky. Tonight if the temp drops to 61F, we will all be running around for sweaters. Back in my days working the construction trades we would call this" Glorious Drops of Relief"
Finished building the Chicken Coop and Chicken run. The Girls will arrive on Saturday....
We will celebrate our 1st Livestock wit a Fried Chicken Dinner. IS that Odd?
