Lunar Eclipse Pics

Here was our classroom today on this special event. The kids learned Audio Visual skills and learned a bit about the eclipse. We all got to look through some welding goggles. When I first thought of homeschooling I felt that it would be hard to get their attention. Today it was easier when we just did than to plan it out.

Right now my son is explaining what he saw today in a drawing of what he observed. The girls are talking about today as the Zombie Apocalypse (We all watch The Walking Dead) and drawing circles with eyeballs in them.

I have a feeling this is going to be an amazing learning experience for all of us.
