Homemade recipes to fight colds

Anyone else use homemade recipes to fight colds I have been pretty lucky this year haven't been sick yet,But if I do this is what I take :)
1 clove of garlic chopped up in little pieces
5 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of Vinegar
Stir all together
I take a spoon full 2 times a day it works quite well
