So get with it, Stay away from the poisons and mix BAKING SODA with PEROXIDE or water, for the simplest solution. That's pretty basic, you can also add any or all of these: coconut oil, tumeric powder, clove essential oil, colloidal silver, bentonite clay, apple cider vinegar, activated charcoal powder, wintergreen essential oil, peppermint essential oil, and any other oil you prefer.
Enjoy your teeth and take good care of them, you will need them. Also, check out oil pulling, where you swish coconut oil in your mouth daily for 5-20 minutes and spit out to pull toxins out of your gums. Another quick tip, for a mouth wash, adding essential oils straight to peroxide is a nice combination...... swish and spit. Happy and healthy teeth and mouth make for a great smile.

Most are good, some are not. Frankincense would be a great one!
