Asian Style Pizza - Cooking with Alice 🍕🍕🍕
Pizza is my favorite food on weekends. I had 6 years of experience in making pizza . It still took many years until I perfected my recipe.
. In recent years, many pizza restaurant chains have opened here, Its price is quite expensive.
Some people here dont like pizza. .they said cheese was too fat, it was a bland cake.
A friend told me, he doesn't like the food here.
I think food taste different beetween countries, people perceive taste in very different ways, different recipes for this and that country. Therefore, pizza restaurants in Vietnam make pizza that suits the taste of Vietnamese people.
Making pizza is easier than you think.
Check off the ingredients that you have to find recipes you can make. This is a beef pizza recipe ^^
- Ground beef
- Chili sauce
- Laurel leaves
- Pizza bases ( I bought it at the supermarket near my house) $ 0.8 / pcs
- Oregano leaves
- Refined salt
Vietnamese salt is different from pizza salt. In Vietnam, we call it 'bot canh'. It has the same effect to make food more salty, but their composition is different. It took me a long time to find " Refined salt". If I use Vietnamese salt, the pizza is still delicious. however I wanted to make a restaurant-style pizza haha.
- Chopped onion
- Cheese ( My favorite cheeses are:Mozzarella cheese and cheese cheddar anchor)
I always love mixing sweet corn with cows. This is a great combination of delicious pizza. However in this article, I have lacked my favorite ingredients. Because it was evening, I couldn't buy olive or sweet corn.
But I recommend you to use these 2 ingredients
Steps to Make It
Step 1 :
The hotter the oven, the better the pizza will be. Preheat the oven (220-260˚C)
Step 2: How to make the tomato sauce:
- Grind tomatoes with a blender(puree until smooth). Add ketchup, beef, laurel leaves to the mixture.
Add water to the mixture on a hot fire for 15 minutes.
Note: Remove seeds and skins of tomatoes
Step 3 :
Sprinkle flour on Pizza bases, do not skip this step (I don't want my pizza to stick to the oven)
Step 4 :
Sauté the sauce with onions and minced beef, don't forget to add the butter. Vietnamese dishes do not use butter, we usually use cooking oil for all dishes. But with pizza, of course I have to use butter to fry.
Step 5 :
Cover the surface with half of the tomato sauce. Scatter mixed tomatoes, beef, onion with cheese, spread over crust. Add oregano leaves on top.
Step 6 :
Bake for 10-12 mins until crisp, light brown. Slice with a pizza wheel or chef's knife,. Add ketchup or chili sauce hehee
Enjoy it ^^
I also like seafood pizza and sausage pizza.
Use your favorite toppings. ^^
