There is no tension of bending to dump your clothes in it. However, since it is fully automatic, you have no control on water consumption if your washing machine is fully loaded with clothes.
If you have half loaded clothes in it then you can obviously set the program to the desired amount of water required. You need water flowing continuously into the machine, if there is scarcity of water in your area then semi automatic is best for you.
Front loaded fully automatic machine
These machines have door in the front where you have to bend slightly to put your dirty clothes in it. This means it isn’t good for arthritis patients. They are more water efficient and have various different settings which wash clothes for a longer time unlike top loaded. However, since the technology is advanced and different from others, that is why it is expensive and heavier than top load machines. Because it is heavy thus, you cannot move it to different places.
