I came home to this!! Without Heads up or being notified

I came home and was shocked to what the hell was going on with my home. None of the workers spoke English. So I started filming and taking pictures to my landlord. Even as I speak, he hasn't responded to me yet. My younger brother happened to be home and thought this was all planned. I have NO CLUE :( angry because now my day is off track...
