Home Made Saute Greens, Summer Style Salad, and Roots
Today my family and I made a few delicious home made cuisines that you can make and eat for lunch or dinner. First, we made the saute greens:
- beet stems
- white onions
- lettuce
- mint
- lemon balm
- basil
Saute on the stove for 20 min using 7 heat setting.
The spices we used were:
A tee spoon of salt and a tee spoon of pepper
Second, we made the summer salad. To make this we used lemon balm, mint, lettuce, basil, tomatoes, watermelon, blue berries, feta cheese, and Italian style dressing (olive oil and lemon juice).
Third, we baked roots: potatoes, beets, and beet stems
The spices we used on the roots were garlic salt and taco seasoning mix
Sorry I don't have any pictures of what we actually used, but you can find these ingredients in stores or you can grow them yourself like I did with much of what we used.
