I want to buy this House

Hello,
it's not my dream home necessarily, but I know the guy who will gladly accept $1 million for this house. I want $2 million to make this maneuver will require a trip to the court house so I can also get caught up on child support then whatever cash I have left will be invested into my business as well as in Home Improvement in whatever way I see fit.

Does anyone have $2 million I can have or borrow? No?
