The Holy Spirit talks (Act 13: 3-4) . These is a major attributes of the Holy spirit that makes Him real to a Believer, Most people cannot come to terms this Truth that God Speaks to a mortal yet it is this Holy Spirit that makes it possible because you cannot separate God from His Spirit (Gen1:2, John 16:18-24). One of the greatest secret of power is being able to hear and recognise the Voice of the Blessed Holy spirit, but actually no British can learn French in one day so also is hearing and recognising the voice of the Holy Spirit.
