Youtube is turning more into a netflix. I'm glad Dtube came along to take it's place.
That's exactly their plan. They are being more stingy with their money and will just keep paying the bigger channels and slowly turn into a newer version of television. This pushes the smaller guys away though and that's why we have sites like Steemit and Dtube emerging.
