floor 1.20x1.20m (might be better 1.40x1.60m)
h: 80cm (fill it with rocks and sand except last 15cm)
compress tightly

throw concrete for smoothing the floor.

a traditional method to keep the temperature in.
glass bottles and salt.

Carefully break the bottles. (put an old sack or cloth over them)

a perfect way to relax :)

the salts turn. smooth the floor with salt...

let it dry.
