Pesticides play a crucial role in agriculture because they help farmers make progress in food production for the masses. The major use of pesticides is to control pests and weeds so that they do not affect crop growth. Pesticides are necessary because they allow crops to yield effectively and efficiently, and our crops will not be lost to diseases.

The Following are the benefits of pesticides:

➡️The rodents, bugs, and other diseases do not prolong the life of food because most of them damage crops. Thank God for helping farmers with the use of pesticides so that millions of people around the world will not go to bed hungry.

➡️Pesticides also help farmers produce quality and affordable food at a good price, so that food can be in surplus in our houses, reducing hunger.

➡️They also enable farmers to produce healthy food such as fruits and vegetables that provide us with more nutrients, as well as maize, guinea corn, and milk, which are good for child development.

➡️Pesticides also save farmers some money by reducing the need to employ workers, as well as enabling farmers to make a profit from the farm products they sell.

➡️They help farmers save time, as it may take a long time for laborers to remove weeds through manual processes. Pesticides also protect people's health by preventing pests that may transfer diseases to humans.

➡️The use of pesticides helps farmers to protect agricultural crops; without them, pests would consume a large number of our farm products, requiring more effort from us.
