Spamming

Following the successful Hard Fork today, it's a real shame to see that #Hive has taken to spamming on #Steemit.

Despite me wishing the Community all the very best with their new and exciting Project, I am sad to see that they have taken this approach to spreading awareness.

A real shame.

Perhaps you are right Stephen (although right and wrong are just relative).

Perhaps for a few days it's okay, bearing in mind what Justin has done, perhaps it will be good for the people who are still in the Steem community to know and be given some reminders that Hive is alive and working, and they have the option to come over.

After all, there is perhaps a good chance Justin will dump all his Steem shares possibly quicker than anyone else (especially if he fiddles with the code so he can do so), thereby all the rest of the SP or Steem holders are left with STEEM valued much lower than before Justin's dump.

Anyway, that being said, right or wrong, we the Hiveians will hopefully get our views heard on that subject, We need to be well organised so we know where we can express these views where they will get listened to and taken notice of. This is essential if Hive is to thrive.

Now as you know (well, if you've been reading any of my posts and digging a at least a little deeper than just reading the posts anyway), there is a system ideal for this purpose. That system is the Matrix-8 Platform.

Now Hive can choose other ways, like have been done before but do not get our voices heard with concensus taken and actionable accords made. Like Town Hall's for instance, they are all well and good, but do not achieve this.
The least we could do is have a voting channel, for example we can all vote on whether or not these Bot posts by Hive on Steem should continue. But there would need to be a central place where the Community Polls are posted, so everyone knows when there is a Hive Community wide Vote to make.

So, thinking as i type, there could be a Hive Voting Community. Anyone can make a proposal for a community vote. Hiveians can then upvote on (or downvote on - but the downvote should not affect the reputaion of the poster), then if x number of upvotes are made on the vote proposal post, a Community Poll will be made.

What do you think?

Perhaps i will just set up a Hive Community Voting Community and give it a try.

Peace and Love to you brother.

lol ... its bot ... dont be mad :)

We shall see what that’s gonna bring to the community it may be for good ;)

Obviously they have few new projects on the side like instant account via esteem so that may bring more people to the blockchain.
It’s been really hard to make new people join the community especially when they have to wait for their account with days or weeks...

Who cares about the quality of Justin Sun's website? He pegged six low-vote post to the top of the Trending page and banned the actual trending posts. Anything goes from now on.

It's a decentralized project, so anyone can spam on behalf of Hive, unless they're downvoted. In this case, @innerhive is a project by @berniesanders so you can address your complaints to him.

They already invited me twice. We fighted the spam so long time. I don't see anything wrong if we stay in both chains. It seems that if we are staying in steem, we will just have to accept that comment in every single post I guess. Let's see if someone from steem will fight that. lol I don't know if they have any developers who will stop that. I'm also not sure about all witnesses that stayed. Still can't sell steem in bittrex or blocktrades. I hope our witnesses at least will help us to sell steem that we powered up to support them in the fight. It's really bad that noone is able to trade steem. I heard some trading it in binance, but I don't trust them. Some are talking about oinomy.com , but I never used that exchange and I don't know if they are legit or not.
