Yes. the schwa is a guttural sound that Americans use in their English pronunciation. That's why it sounds like Americans are mumbling all the time.

네. 슈와는 미국인들이 영어 발음할 때 쓰는 목 뒷부분에서 나오는 후두음 소리예요. 그래서 항상 중얼중얼거리는 것 처럼 들리죠.ㅋㅋ
