Das Sontagsessen ist im Topf | Sunday dinner is in the pot

Heute gibt es einmal etwas wirklich Leckeres, das ganz einfach zuzubereiten ist. Der Peter war so fleißig also muss man ihn hier auch immer kulinarisch verwöhnen :)

Auch wenn es ganz simple Hähnchenkeulen sind - auf die Zubereitung kommt es an. Sie erden erst mariniert, dann angebraten - in dem Fett vom Anbraten kommen dann Zwiebeln rein, Tomatenmark, Hühnerbrühe und ein Glas Letscho.

Das ganze wir mit Gewürzen süßlich abgeschmeckt und alles zusammen kommt in einen Slow Cooker. Darin gart das Ganze jetzt sage und schreibe 6-7 Stunden.

Dazu wird es Kartoffeln und Mischgemüse geben und wie sollte es anderes sein - einen griechischen Salat noch extra obendrauf. Zum Herunterspülen ein leckeres Schwarzbier, oder zwei?

Even if they are very simple chicken legs - it's the preparation that counts. They are first marinated, then fried - the fat from the frying is then used to add onions, tomato paste, chicken stock and a glass of letcho.

The whole thing is seasoned with spices and everything is put into a slow cooker. The whole thing cooks for 6-7 hours.

It will be served with potatoes and mixed vegetables and how else should it be - a Greek salad on top. To wash it down, a tasty black beer, or two?
