Egusi Soup and Fufu is one of the most popular meal in Nigeria, the Yoruba tribe (the most popular tribe in Nigeria) loves this food. It's easy to prepare, the ingredients are cost effective and it's a typical dinner around Nigeria. Last night I made this dish and I decided to share it here.
