Good day y'all, great sporty steemians in the house, hope you're all well, talking about the sport of football, it's one of the sweetest and most enjoyable sports, I believe some of us here have heard some names and a little about football goats, the likes of Austin jay jay okocha, Lionel Messi and other ballers

FAVORITE FORMATION AND WHY

Most clubs use the formation because they think it can work for them
I'll go for a 4-3-3 formation, one of the strong and result-giving formations I agree with.

The 4-3-3 formation creates a natural triangle in the field, this gives the team possession based styled football, creating different passes and sighting of players easily also the three midfielders give strength in the middle, protecting the defense and forcing the opposition attackers outward

HOW MANY TYPES OF TRAINING EXIST IN FOOTBALL

As football is concerned, is not only about what coaches tell their players, it's also about the hard effort put together.
We have three types of training in football, physical, technical, and tactical training

*PHYSICAL TRAINING involves a direct to action training that gives strength, power, stability, and endurance to the players on the pitch, it also requires hard work without the physical training, the players will struggle with the technical and tactical training to win

**TECHNICAL TRAINING * this session deals with drills, football cones, and an agility ladder in other to work with the physical session, it can be individual or both as a team to work on passes, ball control, tackling, positioning and finishing

**TACTICAL TRAINING * It's more like the philosophy of the team, it is critical in times of decision-making on the pitch, these include the formation, attacking routines, and defensive work lines

TALKING ABOUT TACTICS IN THE PITCH

Tactics create patterns in a particular team which link the formation and provide a style of play some of these tactics popularly known include, tiki-taka mostly used by FC Barcelona of Spain,

kick and rush, which completely change the normal football in training, players will change the way bending, chipping and ability to drive to other players as such tactics don't work like that

IS THE FORMATION YOU HAVE CHOSEN CURRENTLY USED BY A TEAM AND WHAT TEAM IS THAT

The 4-3-3 formation is commonly used by Liverpool, the play in the senior division of the English league known as the premier league, and is also one of the best teams in the world that produces legendary English players, the likes of Steven Gerrard, Michael Owen, and others.
