people can make mistakes but I don't think she gets disqualified for the dolphin upvote just because of a single mistake or a suspicion.
It's a genuine user who has been putting effort for a long time to reach this mark. She deserves the club dolphin upvote in my view.
ClubDolphin votes are not guaranteed.
Maybe the Pakistan Country Reps might have spotted the problem earlier and advised her better...
