World of cricket wishing Imran Khan Happy Birthday.

There was a time when Pakistan cricket team was considered as any other mediocre team who didn't had the potential to perform well against the so called big teams, like West-Indies, Australia and England. Basically these teams used to rule the world of cricket.
I am not saying that the team was not of the standards, it's just they were lacking onto something, and that was lacking of having a good leader. If we scratch the history pages, there have been numerous captains who've captained Pakistan team at International level, but nobody had that intellect to raise this team to the highest level of this particular game. Until!!!

Imran Khan the star all-rounder of Pakistan team took the responsibilities of captaincy in 1982, from then onwards to 1992 he led and raised the Pakistan team to their highest level. His tread mark performance as Captain was the 1992 world cup when he led the young yet an inexperienced Pakistan team to a world cup victory. His another best captaincy feast was when they beat the strong West-Indies side on their home turf in 1987.

After retiring from cricket he did not limit his vision and he went on to establish the first ever cancer hospital in Pakistan in 1994, his hospital was named after his late mother "Shaukat Khanum" who died because of the cancer, his hospital is a charitable trust hospital which aims to help under privileged patients who do not have the capacity to get the treatment.

Having a political science degree under his sleeves, Imran Khan established his own political party the PTI (Pakistan Therek-e-Insaaf) in 1996, during his cricketing career lots of people use to think that after cricket Imran Khan would join politics, but he used to neglect the news and use to pretend that he is not a suitable statesman at all. Long cut to 22 years later, when general election held in Pakistan, Imran Khan's PTI were able to won the general elections for the first time and Imran Khan from the cricketer becomes Imran Khan the Prime Minister.

On the prestigious occasion of his Birthday, many of his fellow cricketers wishing him birthday, and wishing him all the best for his political career as Prime Minister.
