I am a fan of cricket in India. Yuvraj Singh is my favorite player in cricket. Ever since I understood the game of cricket. Ever since then I have loved Yuvraj Singh's game. I have been watching Yuvraj Singh's game since 2004.
Yuvraj Singh was born on December 12, 1981 in Chandigarh, India. Yuvraj's father's name is Yograj Singh. Yuvraj Singh has played all types of cricket. Yuvraj Singh is a left-arm all-rounder. He used to play slow leg spin. Yuvraj Singh was one of the ODI players to play for India. He was especially known around the world for his batting and fielding.
Yuvraj Singh first made his cricketing debut in 2000 with an ODI match. Then in October 2003, Yuvraj Singh played his first Test match. Yuvraj Singh's all-round performance helped India win the 2007 ICC World Twenty20 and the 2011 ICC Cricket ODI World Cup. And in both World Cups this Yuvraj Singh was the Man of the Tournament. Yuvraj Singh hit six sixes in one over off Stuart Broad against England in the 2007 ICC World Twenty20. In the same match, he set another record. That is the record for the fastest 50 runs in T20 internationals and all T20 cricket. He made 50 off just 12 balls. Yuvraj Singh was a member of the Indian cricket team from 2000 to 2017.
In 2011, Yuvraj Singh was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his left lung. And he went to Boston and Indianapolis for chemotherapy treatment. Yuvraj Singh returned home in 2012 after recovering. And he returned to cricket in a T20 match against New Zealand in September 2012. In June 2017, Yuvraj Singh represented India in his last match against the West Indies. After that Yuvraj Singh did not get a chance to play in the Indian team. On June 10, 2019, Yuvraj announced his retirement from international cricket.
